I Feel So Violated

This was not my first time to the ocean more like my fourth or fifth time at least. But this was my first time really going into the waters more than just up to my knees.

We were getting the tail end of the Tropical storm so the waters were a bit rough and choppy.

Surprisingly the water was even warm. When I went to the ocean in MA and in NJ the water tended to be more on the cooler side.

I inched my way out into the water until this one HUGE wave came out of no where.

Completely blind sided me and knocked me right on my ass!

I laughed so hard and as I looked up Kim was busting a gut too.

As I tried to get up another wave came around and knocked me back down.

I was laughing so hard I couldn't even see.

so as the tide went out I managed to get myself up on my knees and quickly stand up, knock too long before another rough wave came crashing into me and knocked me over face first.

Now my swim suit was every which way and I had salt water in my mouth, laughing so hard I had tears pouring out (So was that just the salt water?)

I managed to muster enough strength to get up once again.

This time I was able to stay on my feet for a while.

There were other smaller children down the beach a bit playing, running and swimming in the same rough ocean and they didn't seem to have such troubles as I.

We noticed a few times that we were a ways down the beach from our chairs so we had to make our way back to where we started.

Only to have my knocked on my ass once again. This time I just sat there. It takes a lot out of you. This time I didn't even have to move. This huge wave come crashing down on top of me as I was sitting there and I found myself tumbled in the water along the beach. I mean I actually was flipped right over.

The only thing I could think of way "Oh My God, I'm going to drown or be pulled out to sea!" LOL

I felt SO VIOLATED!

I know I'm a little dramatic.

But I sat there laughing and as the water was pulled out to sea again the sand was being pulled out with the tide which was scraping my legs and ass, feeling like sand paper.

The few times I fell on my knees in the sand you would think, it's sand, can't hurt right?

WRONG! Sand burns. You can even ask Kim, She got some on her knees too.

I did eventually master the task of standing up and staying on my two feet in the ocean.

I just had to keep and eye on the waves and brace myself.

It was quiet the experience I will never forget.
