Full Moon Rising

Last week was definitely the Full Moon!

People acting weird and crazy things happening!

I was in a mood all week. Friday afternoon I had to take my best friend/cousin, to the ER. She had twisted her whole ankle and it was all swollen and turning colors. Come to find out she chipped a piece of bone in her ankle. It's a broken ankle but not like an actual break. They had to put a temp cast on until she could get into her podiatrist.

The customer who called in were all nut jobs!
So after a crazy week I planned to get drunk Friday night.

I made a pitcher of Kamakazie's I had shots in the freezer and even a bottle of wine if needed!

I had 3 1/2 tall glasses of Kamakazie which probably equaled out to 3-4 glasses each so about 9-12 drinks!

I was feeling pretty good.

Saturday Mike and I were suppose to come back to my place and hang out But as always it didnt happen. But he did make me dinner. He grilled a steak and we ate out by the pool, which was very nice.

Then we took a nice nap on the couch for a couple of hours. The evening went smoothly.

On my way home the next morning, I had brought my motorcycle to save on gas, Well I'm almost home when my bike starts to spit and sputter. I check my odometer and I'm at like 106 miles. Normally if I fill the tank up to the fullest I can get anyways from 120 - 130 maybe even more out of it. But I forgot I didn't fill it up only a little. I'm almost out of gas and already had my reserve on.

I make it to town just past Parkside when it spits and sputters again and then dies as I pull over to the side of the road.

Now mind you - my inspection ran out in May for my bike and a cop sits right up the road looking at me. I check the tank and yep, I'm out of gas!

As I hop off the bike and start to push it up the road the cop heads towards me and asks if everything is ok. I told him I ran out of gas.

Now it was a nice gesture of him when he asked me if I needed a ride to the gas station or anywhere but I told him no I would push it there, I didnt have a gas can. Now can you see a gas can anywhere on my bike???
So I continue to push my 5oo Honda Shadow up about 3 blocks to the gas station in the hot humid heat!

I guess it could have been worst.
